Meet Justin
An Orange County native, Justin was raised in Dana Point and now resides in Dana Point. After graduating from Dana Hills High School, he attended Azusa Pacific University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Mathematics and a Master’s in Education.
Justin began his career as a respected teacher at his alma mater, but his passion for finance and community led him to real estate. This career shift allowed him to combine his deep local knowledge with financial expertise while reconnecting with the community that shaped him.
Now, with over a decade of proven success, Justin has risen to become a top agent in South Orange County and today serves as the CFO and Managing Partner of Harcourts Carolinas.
Thanks to the rapid growth and success of the brokerage, Justin continues to lead both the Carolinas office and the Southern California operations, ensuring the same level of financial discipline, strategic vision, and client-focused excellence across both regions.
When he isn’t leading operations or assisting clients, you can find Justin rooting for the Raiders, playing tennis, or spending time with his wife Monika and their four young children.
